At Hempfield Animal Hospital, we consider the health and wellness of our patients our first priority. Since the pandemic, we have been lucky enough to have an influx of new patients/clients joining our clinic family. As we continue to grow, we are implementing some changes to continue to provide the best possible care to both our current and future patients. We are now asking that new clients pre-pay over the phone for their first exam with us. This deposit will be used to prepay for the first exam. If a client has not called/ no shows for an appointment or reschedules in less than 24 hours, the deposit will be lost and a new deposit will need to be made in order to reschedule an exam with us. We understand that this may seem like an inconvenience to some, but this helps us ensure clients arrive for their scheduled appointment time.
For patient safety we ask that all dogs be on a leash and all cats be in a carrier.
If your pet is reactive to other pets or people, we ask that you inform our receptionists upon check-in so we can best accommodate your pet during their appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
We do have a cancellation and no-show policy. If you cancel an appointment/surgery, no show, or reschedule in less than 24 hours, we will require you to prepay for your exam fee at the time of scheduling.
INSURANCE & PAYMENT
Fees are due and payable upon completion of each visit.
We do not currently offer payment plans.
